CYTEC TO ADJUST PRICING FOR PHOSPHINE AND PHOSPHOROUS SPECIALTY PRODUCTS

West Paterson, NJ – July 7, 2008 - Cytec Industries Inc. (NYSE: CYT) announced the implementation of a global price adjustment of up to 15 percent on all Phosphine and Phosphorous Specialty products.
