CYTEC ANNOUNCES PRICE INCREASE
FOR RADCURE™ PRODUCTS
West Paterson, NJ – July 3, 2008 – Cytec Industries Inc. (NYSE:
CYT) announced today a price increase of 4-16% on selected UV/EB
Curable Monomers, Oligomers, Photoinitiators, and VANCRYLŽ
acrylic resins. The price changes will be effective for
shipments made in the Americas on or after August 1, 2008, or as
contracts allow. This has become necessary to offset steadily
increasing costs of raw materials, labor, energy, packaging and
transportation.
