CYTEC ANNOUNCES PRICE INCREASE
FOR POLYMER ADDITIVES PRODUCTS
West Paterson, NJ - June 27, 2008 - Cytec Industries Inc. (NYSE:
CYT) announced today a price increase of between 8 and 14% on
its UV light stabilizers, antioxidants and antistatic agents
product lines. The price change will be effective for shipment
made on or after July 1, 2008 or as contracts allow. This has
become necessary due to the rising costs of raw materials,
energy and freight costs.
